To request an appointment, request more information, or schedule a free 10 minute phone consult, you may contact me by phone or email, whichever way is easiest for you. No. All guided therapy sessions are done via secure video.
If you schedule a session, I will send you an email invite to meet online. We will meet on Let's Talk Interactive, which is a HIPAA-compliant secure video platform. There will be some forms for you to complete before we can meet for our first session. Those forms will be available within the email invite. You may download and print out any of the forms for your own records. We will then meet online at the agreed upon time. Sessions are normally 50 minutes unless you request a longer time to meet.
If you need to cancel an appointment, I ask that you contact my office within 24 hours from the scheduled start time of your session time to avoid fees.
Payment is due at the time of service by credit/debit card only, including VISA, MasterCard, Amex, and FSA/HSA cards.
